Doug and Gloria Brimm come to Nevada from Austin, TX in 1991 and opened Austin's Restaurant in Incline Village, NV. As early settlers of the west, they brought their favorite recipes. They also drew from the best of western mountain bounty to create a kicked-up comfort food menu. Rich in tradition, Brimm's food captures the Lake Tahoe experience.
The Brimm family is legendary in Incline Village for outstanding food, particularly Austin's Restaurant, Art's Coffeehouse and the food concessions for the Lake Tahoe Shakespeare Festival, Snowflake Lodge at Diamond Peak and the private beaches in the Village, along with the catering company. While well-known as comfort food purveyors, like Brimm's Signature Barbeque, the company is also recognized as "themed food specialists." Doug and son Andy are well versed in all phases of food service with over 65 years of combined experience. The most recent addition to the mix is Joanna Rice, who has extensive experience in event planning, primarily in the non-profit sector.
Brimm's is a full-service caterer with the knowledge and ability to help clients plan their events, as well as supply any necessities, i.e. rentals, wait staff, bartenders, décor, etc. Brimm's can customize menus and events for any occasion - anywhere - anytime.
